During a Reiki session at Origen, you’ll lie fully clothed on a comfortable massage table while our practitioner creates a soothing, peaceful environment. The session typically lasts 45 to 90 minutes, though shorter sessions are available. The practitioner will gently place their hands at various points around your head, shoulders, abdomen, legs, and feet, either lightly touching or hovering just above your body.
